Welcome to our Photo Guide for Remote Estimating!

In order to create a proper estimate, we need you to follow some simple standards that all of our Estimators follow.

You can take more pictures as well but we do need the following (examples shown):

1. VIN PLATE

A photo of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) located on the VIN plate – almost always in and about the driver side door; we have added some photos where brands (Honda, GM, etc) usually put this VIN plate.

2. Mileage

Odometer reading from inside console (Insurance Company requirement)

3. ‘4 Corners’

Four separate photos; one each of Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right.

4. Damaged Area

Photos of the damage – more can be helpful (professional tip: rather than square-on, take these from an angle – dents, scratches, creases are more visible!)
