CSi Complete provides independent, third-party customer satisfaction evaluations on a monthly basis for Collex Collision Experts and our auto body services.
At Collex, we do our own customer testimonials surveys as well, but studies indicate, a 3rd party organization can obtain more objective feedback from customers. We use these monthly reports to continually improve our performance and auto body services. I-CAR is an international, non-profit training organization focused on helping the collision repair industry achieve excellence in training. Formed by the collision industry in 1979, I-CAR develops and delivers technical training programs to repair professionals. As part of our commitment to our employees and customers, Collex insures each technician receives annual training. Our ‘Gold’ status recognizes this commitment and is only given to shops that insure all of their employees receive a certain level each year. Only 10% of shops across the country invest in the training necessary to maintain a “Gold” status and Collex is proud to be part of that group. Better yet, we’ve been “Gold” for 14 years in a row! As technology continues to advance, this training is critical for proper repairs and because of that, Collex will continue to lead and invest in training.

Collex is capable of working on all makes and models of cars. In addition, we are officially certified by several car manufacturers. Some manufacturers have formal programs to evaluate auto body repair facilities for the proper equipment, training and reputation sufficient to handle their specific vehicles. We appreciate the recognition of our auto body services and take full advantage of the additional training and repair resources these certifications provide. Collex is annually re-certified with Infiniti, VW, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Ford (and Ford F-150 Aluminum), Hyundai, GM (Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet), Chrysler, Jeep, Subaru and Kia.
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) helps improve the quality of vehicle repair through testing. Collex team members receive ongoing training through ASE, and as a result, continue to have the knowledge and skills necessary to repair new vehicles.
