At Collex, auto body repair is all about serving the customer. Our most rewarding feeling is when all of our collision repairs and customer service efforts come together and we have made the entire experience easy and comfortable for you.
Along with our attention to service is our relentless focus on efficiency to give you fast, dependable and consistent auto body repair quality. Our collision estimators start the process with accuracy and thoroughness. They team with both a dedicated Parts Manager and two Production Managers to make sure our well trained and experienced technicians have the correct parts, supplies, blueprint – everything necessary to make the auto body repairs to your car go smoothly and efficiently.
Some of the many things our office staff provides to our auto body customers:
From our beginning in 1977 we have always made a commitment to maintain a high quality of craftsmanship and auto body repair capability. To give confidence to our customers and let you know we stand behind our work for however long you own your car, we at Collex have put our Lifetime Guarantee in writing.
Along with our body work, our skilled and experienced painters, in partnership with paint manufacturer Akzo Nobel Sikkens, enable us to guarantee our paint work for the life of your car. Bring on the sun, our coastal environment here along the shore, the wintry mix and road salt Monmouth County experiences in winter and we will still guarantee our paint work for life.
Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI) is a systematic program for monitoring business performance by gaining feedback from collision repair customers. CSi Complete provides independent, third-party customer satisfaction evaluations on a monthly basis for Collex Collision Experts and our auto body repair and painting capability.
We do our own surveys as well, but studies indicate, a 3rd party organization can obtain more objective feedback from customers. We use these monthly reports to continually improve our performance and service and we are proud of our results -staying well above industry averages is our only way of doing business! Formed by the collision industry in 1979 to train auto body paint and body technicians, I-CAR is an international, non-profit training organization focused on helping the collision repair industry achieve excellence in training. To that end, I-CAR develops and delivers technical training programs to auto repair professionals in all areas of collision repair. As part of our commitment to our employees and customers, Collex insures each technician receives annual training – our ‘Gold’ status recognizes this commitment and is only given to shops that insure all of their employees receive a certain level of continual training. Only 10% of shops across the country invest in the training necessary to maintain a “Gold” status and Collex is proud to be part of that group.
